Repairs and Servicing
All new locomotives are covered by our standard warranty.
For all warranty repairs, please contact the retailer from whom it was bought or the Roundhouse factory direct.
Please do not contact any of the service engineers below on matters concerning warranty repairs as they need to be processed through our
system before any action can be taken.

Roundhouse Open Day
The Roundhouse factory open day is on Sunday 21st May 2017 from 10am until 2pm.
Come along and see how Roundhouse locomotives are designed and manufactured. All of the factory is open for public access and manufacturing processes will be running and demonstrated.
Have a drive with one of our demonstration models on one of our two test tracks.

National and International Clubs
Association of 16mm Narrow Gauge Modellers
This national association is a must for anyone interested in 16mm scale narrow gauge on either 32mm or 45mm gauge track. Membership brings an excellent quarterly magazine and access to local groups and members all round Great Britain and some overseas.
